Ecolo (der offiziell für Écologistes Confédérés pour l'organisation de luttes originales eintritt, "Hat Ökologen für die Organisation von ursprünglichen Kämpfen vereinigt", aber ist in Wirklichkeit eine Schnellschrift für "die Ökologie" oder "den Ökologen"), ist eine französisch sprechende belgische grüne politische Partei in Wallonia, Brüssel und der deutschsprachigen Gemeinschaft Belgiens. Es nimmt zurzeit an Brüssel Regionalregierung teil.

Die Partei war ein Teil der aus dem Amt schiede Bundeskoalition, aber es hat vor den allgemeinen 2003-Wahlen zurückgetreten, und wurde von wiederauflebendem Parti Socialiste schnell dezimiert. Sie haben jedoch ein echtes Come-Back in den allgemeinen 2007-Wahlen, obwohl gemacht, ohne ihre 1999-Maximalbeliebtheit zu erreichen. In den allgemeinen Wahlen am 10. Juni 2007 hat die Partei 8 aus 150 Sitzen im Raum von Vertretern und 2 aus 40 Sitzen im Senat gewonnen, die direkt gewählt werden.

In den 2010-Wahlen hat die Partei 8 Sitze im Raum von Vertretern und 2 im Senat gewonnen.
